Kayla BRANT
My name is Kayla Brant, and I am an artist residing in the Pacific Northwest.
My work is an exploration of nature’s quiet magic, combining watercolor, gouache and digital techniques to create imagery that feels nostalgic and otherworldly. I draw inspiration from nature—its creatures, rhythms, and hidden corners—and channel it through the lens of my moods in my every day life.
Animals are central to my art, often serving as symbolic messengers and observers. My use of traditional painting grounds the work in organic textures, while digital elements allow me to experiment with light, shadow, layering, and tone—deepening the storytelling in each illustration.
Through my art, I invite viewers to pause and reconnect with the untamed, often overlooked beauty of the world around us. It’s a space where magic feels possible, and nature always speaks…if we are still enough to listen.
I am currently open to queries for commissioned art, books, or representation.
